Moving to Boca Raton

Boca Raton Real Estate

The Boca Raton real estate market continues to improve as buyer demand continues to outstrip housing inventory. This is one of the few places where we continue to strong sales and no slowing in prices. All along the Florida coast from Boca Raton to Jupiter and even to Hutchinson Island we are seeing this trend. As buyers look for Boca Raton real estate many are finding it difficult to find a property that suits them. What is happening is rentals are becoming scarce and monthly rents are hitting historical highs. Either buyers can’t find a home or a home that suits them they are having to rent. This is one of the craziest markets I have seen in over a decade.

Why Boca Raton Real Estate?

Many buyers are coming from the Northeast with many use to city lifestyles. They are looking for downtown restaurants and shopping all close to where they are living or walkable. We are seeing more of the city type buyers who have no desire to own and maintain a home so instead are looking at luxury condos downtown. Developers are increasing the size of many of the Boca Raton condos as they are no longer second homes but primary residences. The demographics of the Florida buyer are changing. We are still seeing the snowbird buyers but Florida is becoming not just a vacation home but a place to live and haveĀ  a family. Snowbirds are also much younger now than in the past. More snowbirds are more affluent moving to the Boca Raton area. Boca Raton has always been an affluent community but there seems to be a greater number of affluent buyers.

Boca Raton offers a Downtown city lifestyle, a beach lifestyle and a family community all minutes away from one another. You can live in Downtown Boca and ride your bike to the beach in 5-10 minutes. You are getting the best of all worlds. See what is driving more buyers to Boca Raton and the Gold Coast of Florida. From Boca Raton to condos in Jupiter, we can help you find that slice of paradise.
